When I was in high school, I once searched something online but entered in a wrong sub-page. Unfortunately, I lost, totally, and got frustrated since nothing navigates me. So I wasted a lot of time seeking “my way” and what I wanted, and I almost forgot my initial purpose. Then a book Don’t Make Me Think as my UX bible later explained that my embarrassment came from the web design not being self-evident. From then on, it aroused my curiosity extremely to explore where users’ negative emotions came from, like frustration, and how to prevent them. Tons of “question marks” in my mind guided me to choose my undergraduate major, Digital Media Technology (HCI emphasis).
